Community Management
2K /Cat Daddy Games - WWE SuperCard
WWE SuperCard is a decade old card battling and collecting game made by Cat Daddy Games. Despite the massive success of the game, upon joining I encountered a community that was consistently upset with the developers, as well as a dev team that was having trouble hearing and communicating with their players.
Over the course of my first year at Cat Daddy, I was able to refine our social strategy through experimentation and emphasis on successful tactics, reinvigorate a Discord server that had previously been dormant, and re-write the tone of the SuperCard voice to be more casual and approachable to the target audience.
Noting that we had no way to communicate effectively with influencers who played and posted about our game, I helmed the "SuperClub" influencers club in tandem with our general Discord community in order to facilitate the sharing of information and other exclusive goodies to content creators-- including a one-time-only print out of some of our digital-only cards-- a first for the SuperCard title. Through this initiative and many other high-profile engagement initiatives, I was able to raise engagement and impression numbers across multiple platforms as well as in-game active users.
The WWE SuperCard Discord and social community remain to be a main avenue through which the live ops, delveloper, and art teams digest players feedback, and I've worked closely with designers to shape the present and future of the title to be more in line with company goals as well as player expectations. Having formed a much closer relationship and trust with our players, we have seen record high sentiment and engagement numbers, despite the age of the title.

Additional Campaigns - Tarot Cards
When we were planning our run of Tarot-inspired WWE Cards for the game, I was inspired at the chance to attain physical versions of these cards to emulate the mystical experience of handling and reading authentic tarot cards.
We were able to produce high-quality cards, send them out to influencers, as well as create our own WWE SuperCard Tarot Readings-- watch closely, and you may come across some of the clues that led players to a series of codes as part of an in-game ARG as well.
This campaign saw over 200k impressions on influencer channels and lead to increased engagement and sentiment during the length of the event.

Additional Campaigns - Dungeons and Dropkicks

A run of uniquely-designed D&D cards were on their way to the game, and players were hyped. In addition to bringing in one of our card artists for an AMA about their inspirations (and favorite wrestlers), I decided that the community was ready for more.
Before long, I had written a one-off "Dungeons and Dropkicks" campaign for our players to play in Discord. Complete with player stats, available moves, and a poll system to allow them to vote on their character's next move, we set of on a several-hour campaign in which the entire community rabidly cheered on their hero-- the community-created Fabio Spaghetti.
We saw a surge of 1k+ members during/after the campaign, and the legend of Fabio Spaghetti is an inside joke that still permeates the community nearly a year later.
